What can we do together?

Being part of the HP Customer Support & Services Delivery organization, the Advanced Technical Support and Customer Assurance (ATS&CA) teams provide world class technical elevation and issue resolution along with proactive technical Account management.

The Technical Customer Assurance Manager will increase key Commercial Accounts satisfaction by providing superior and dedicated post-sales PC technical support - covering primarily French clients.

To be successful in this role, a Technical Customer Assurance Manager should have excellent PC technical skills and knowledge, as well as interpersonal skills. Ultimately, a good Technical Customer Assurance Manager is tech-savvy, analytical, and well organized.

This individual contributor position is a very visible role with a strong opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer focused environment and interact with multiple HP organizations.

Customer Support: Provide exceptional Post-Sales technical support to resolve complex problems and timely product-related responses.

Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues quickly and efficiently.

Customer Relations: Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels through effective communication and follow-ups.

Technical Expertise: Support the rollout of new hardware, offer procedural documentation, and deliver technical training to customer IT departments.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with HP business units to solve customer problems, analyze performance data, and provide proactive information to maximize system uptime.

Who you are?
  • Technical Degree in Computer Science
  • +6-8 years of work experience
  • Expert in PC technical support, Microsoft OS, Intune, and network proficiency.
  • Proven success in direct customer interactions and problem resolution.
  • Experience working in virtual teams.
  • Fluent in French and English; any other language(s) is a plus.
  • Project management skills is a plus
  • Skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint
