Job Title: Technical Marketing Specialist

General Description: We are seeking a motivated and technically adept individual to join our Market & Product Requirements team as a Technical Marketing Specialist. Reporting to the Market & Product Requirements Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical intricacies and market strategy. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your deep understanding of electronic, software, and RF technologies to drive market positioning, customer engagement, and product success.

Open to locations: Dublin, Paris, Zele, Sophia Antipolis, Utrecht and Barcelona

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Market & Product Requirements Manager to translate technical specifications into compelling market messaging and value propositions.

• Develop market requirements understanding and knowledge and capture it in an MRD
• Identify customer pain points that could help define product differentiation implementations/features
• Build & maintain a Product Requirements Roadmap that will serve as an input to Product definition

• Support the development and execution of product launch plans, ensuring alignment with market requirements and customer needs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Engineering, to gather technical insights and incorporate them into marketing materials.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for differentiation.
• Assist in the organization and execution of technical events, such as webinars, workshops, and trade shows, to showcase our products and solutions.
• Serve as a technical resource for customers, providing product demonstrations, technical support, and training as needed.

Required Knowledge/Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic/Software/RF engineering or related field.
• 8 + years of experience in technical marketing or a related role within the technology or semiconductor industry.
• 5 + years in product marketing
• Strong technical background, with expertise in electronic, software, and RF technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, concise messaging.
• Proficiency in creating technical content, including whitepapers, datasheets, and presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strategic thinker with a keen eye for market trends and customer needs.
• Creative problem solver with a passion for innovation and RF technologies.

Education:

• Master's degree in Electronic/Software/RF engineering or related field.
