YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. The headquarters gathers approximately 1000 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (45 nationalities), which makes it a rich and stimulating place to work.
Within the Group, you will join the Security department, which covers the three components of Security: Information Security, Operational Resilience and Physical Security.
Within this Department, you will be part of the Security Governance team. You will play a key role in driving the security posture forward, by monitoring the targets achievement, ensuring alignment with Group standards and regulations, and delivering company-wide security awareness programs.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:
Your job and daily missions:
Security Governance
- Implement governance frameworks for security within GIE AXA, ensuring alignment with Group standards
- Consolidate security indicators and prepare security reports for Group security / risk committee / Steering Committee / ... to present the security posture of the Entity, ensure the achievement of security targets and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Implement continuous improvement processes and activities (e.g., good practices, reporting, problem resolution) to ensure quality and relevance of security services
- Develop and maintain auditable processes to enforce consistency within the Entity
- Identify and implement coordinated responses to security audit and compliance issues
- Define action plans to remediate identified security issues and verify compliance with applicable regulations.
- Design and execute company-wide security awareness programs to educate and engage all employees on security best practices and risks
- Promote a culture of security and raise awareness across the business lines
- Drive cultural and organizational change and help implement a sustainable security awareness practice
- In liaison with Group, define training sessions, awareness campaigns and onboarding programs for new joiners to foster a security-conscious culture
- Act as a liaison between business units and security
YOUR PROFILE

- Master's degree in Business or Engineering (IT, Security, Management, Risk Management)
- Experience (over 5 years) in security governance, risk management and security awareness initiatives
- Professional certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or Implementor, GIAC or equivalent)
- Strong planning skills by thinking and planning ahead, providing input into change implementation direction, analyzing information critically, forecasting trends, and effectively managing action plans
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to deal effectively with diverse skill sets and personalities, work effectively as a team player
- Applying analytical rigor to understand complex business scenarios
- Able to explain security challenges and recommendations to non-IT stakeholders
- Organized with a proven ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and use time effectively
- Dynamic, proactive, organized personality
- Cross cultural sensitivity, flexibility
- Fluent in English (spoken and written )
