As Global Head of IBM Alliance at Atos you will be accountable for the strategic business development, portfolio development, solutioning and delivery of the Atos services delivered with IBM. In this role you will define a commercial strategy, driving profitable and sustainable growth and leveraging the IBM expertise and partnership to drive customer value, innovation, and delivery excellence.
Your key responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development:
• Lead the strategy, direction, and growth of the IBM and Red Hat portfolio globally.
• Develop a strong relationship with IBM and orchestrate power mapping between Atos and IBM executives.
• Drive joint demand generation activities with IBM, Red Hat, and Atos to boost existing and create new opportunities.
• Support the development and growth of strategic accounts by leveraging an IBM RH go-to-market approach.
• Manage the relationship with IBM for the Group and maximize partner incentives and funding to support Atos growth.
Solution Design and Delivery:
• Develop strategies to capitalize on emerging trends, strategic direction, and gaps in the IBM & Red Hat Ecosystem.
People Management:
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive a seamless technology and market execution plan.
Marketing & Communications:
• Promote Atos IBM capabilities and portfolio in the market through internal and external communications activities (seminars, analyst and partner conferences, press, etc.).
Key Requirements:
• Solid experience and expertise in Business Development in large and complex deals
• Experience in carrying multimillion + growth targets.
• Existing network with IBM and understanding of IBM Ecosystem
• Strong background in partnership development, negotiations, and business strategy.
• Experience in working in international complex and matrix environment
