Our client, a prestigious international legal firm is looking for a Technology trainer who will train staff in their Paris office on Microsoft and other products. Candidates of various backgrounds are invited to apply, making this a unique opportunity to join a leading law firm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a variety of software training to the Paris office as well as be part of the Regional and Global training teams.

The candidate must possess a mindset to learn, inspire, motivate, and drive change. They should operate in a consultative way, understand what is needed first, and drive adoption. The role may involve business analysis and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct training sessions across various formats, including in-person workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions.
  • Analyze and identify training needs to provide targeted and effective learning solutions.
  • Develop and update training materials, ensuring clarity, relevance, and engagement.
  • Coordinate logistics for training events, including space reservation and audiovisual setup.
  • Collaborate with global counterparts to maintain a uniform training standard and contribute to broader technological initiatives.

This role requires a native French speaker.

Requirements

Advance Proficiency in Microsoft office (with a focus on Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Competence in addressing common hardware and software issues.
  • Native French proficiency with fluent English.
  • Proven experience in conducting technology training sessions, workshops, or seminars. Experience in planning, designing, and delivering training programs.
  • Experience in providing one-on-one tech support or coaching, especially in a corporate or professional setting.
  • Proficiency in developing training content, manuals, online learning modules, or other educational materials.
  • Ability to tailor content to various skill levels and learning styles.
  • A background in providing excellent customer service or user support, as this role requires interacting with a diverse group of employees.
  • Proficiency in using online training platforms and tools.
  • Experience in conducting on-site training sessions at different locations.
  • Ability to adapt content to suit various learning styles and skill levels.
  • Excellent customer service skills, essential for a diverse workplace.

Good-to-Have:
  • Certifications in Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), or similar credentials.
  • Skills in creating well-designed, engaging, and effective training programs and materials.
  • Italian/Spanish language proficiency.
  • Experience in e-learning development.
