As Sales Manager Datacenters, you drive business growth through strong account management, strategic sales initiatives, and technical-commercial insight. You develop and maintain long-term relationships with data center customers across Europe, understanding their needs and challenges and positioning our solution accordingly. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in China to align customer needs with global capabilities.

As Sales Manager Datacenters, you drive business growth through strong account management, strategic sales initiatives, and technical-commercial insight. You develop and maintain long-term relationships with data center customers across Europe, understanding their needs and challenges and positioning our solution accordingly. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in China to align customer needs with global capabilities.
What will be your responsibilities?
- You drive sales activities and expand our market presence within the rapidly growing data center industry.
- You build and nurture strong relationships with customers, policymakers, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- You prospect and build a robust new business pipeline in the data center segment.
- You understand the global business landscape, work closely with your colleagues in Asia, and translate insights into concrete plans that you execute with impact.
- You represent the company at industry trade shows, association events, and industry group meetings.
- You report directly to the Business Manager and work together with technical colleagues, supply chain team, marketing, etc.
What makes you the right candidate for this role?
- You have deep insight into the European data center market and understand its broader global dynamics.
- You bring a broad and trusted network within the data center ecosystem.
- You are a high-energy salesperson with strong commercial instincts and an ability to think strategically.
- You combine hunting skills with long-term account development and structured planning.
- You communicate fluently in English (spoken and written). Proficiency in another EU language is an asset.
- You are based in Belgium, France or Germany and willing to travel frequently.
- You have a master's degree combined with several years of experience.
