The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:

Within the Group, you will become part of the Group Talent department. The Group Talent department aims to shape and drive AXA's global Talent strategy, ensuring we have the right people, in the right roles with the right capabilities to lead our business into the future. We partner with the business and HR leaders across markets to:

  • Anticipate future workforce needs by aligning the talent strategy to AXA's long-term ambition and strategic priorities
  • Build critical capabilities and leadership pipelines, ensuring readiness for transformation, innovation, and inclusive growth.
  • Strengthen succession and performance culture, enabling decisions around key roles and talent investments
  • Help foster a compelling employee experience through meaningful career opportunities and inclusive practices.

Ultimately, the Group Talent team acts as a strategic enabler, ensuring AXA has the talent depth, leadership strength and organizational adaptability needed to thrive in an evolving world.

Your job and daily missions:

  • Global Talent Development Strategy - design, deliver, and continuously evolve AXA's global talent development proposition, ensuring alignment to the AXA Leadership Model and Group strategic priorities
  • Lead the design delivery, and ongoing refresh of the Evolve programme, AXA's global career management initiative for accelerating the development of future senior leaders, ensuring relevance, impact, and measurable outcomes.
  • Build and drive the acceleration of AXA's NextGen talents, working in partnership with the Global Head of Leadership to create development initiatives to prepare them for larger, more complex roles
  • Collaborate in partnership with the Global Talent Partners to deliver global talent initiatives to support the development of the professional family talents e.g. cross-mentoring campaigns, Talent events etc.
  • Collaborate with Talent Partners to create expert career tracks / pathways to build the next generation of expert leaders driving innovation and strategic growth.
  • Shape talent development journeys that blend experiential learning, coaching, executive assessments, and exposure to Group-level strategic priorities.
  • Partner closely with the Global Talent Partners and Group Head of Leadership to ensure targeted actions to strengthen succession plans to critical roles.
  • Provide insights and recommendations during Global Talent Reviews, ensuring robust succession pipelines for critical roles and GLN positions.
  • Stay connected to external best practices and bring innovative thinking into AXA's talent development approach.
  • Provide Global Talent Partnering support for certain scopes on an adhoc basis and as required.
  • Lead and support administrative and strategic transversal initiatives in the Talent and Performance space including supporting the Head of Talent on building our Managerial Culture across the Group, the OTR and the budget.

Technical and professional skills:

  • Project management, facilitation and coordination skills
  • Result and execution orientation
  • Time management and organization skills (flexibility and ability to work on several topics at the same time)
  • Proactive stakeholder management and able to challenge the status quo
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Advanced level of English
  • Advanced command of MS PowerPoint

Soft skills and competencies:

  • Interpersonal savvy and comfort around higher management
  • Versatile learner open to change and creative
  • Team player and cooperative with ability to gain trust and support of peers
  • Ability to advocate and convince
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information clearly.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, discretion and professionalism

Background and experience:
  • Experience in a transversal environment
