The position will be running under the Rolling Stock and Components (RSC) Global Operations department, in the "Smart Ops. Process & Tools Integration" Team, which is in charge of managing the Industrialization Team in the definition and deployment of methods & tools for our operational staff in Industrialization of our products and the planning and execution of the full supply chain.
Smart Ops Process & Tools Integration transformation roadmap leverages a standardized solution landscape implementation (from a PLM system to an MES through an ERP backbone).
We support regions in the implementation and change management activities in order to reach the adoption of the processes & solutions.

Our objective is to leverage Artificial Intelligence to optimize and automate key processes in RSC Operations Métiers (Industrialization, Industrial Planning, Material Planning, Logistic, Manufacturing, Testing, Transportation, etc.) in two axis:
  • Enhance existing operational processes through automation and data-driven decision-making
  • Create new capabilities to increase agility, reduce lead times, and improve accuracy across the value chain.

We define different types of AI Tools (from Data mining, Machining Learning, Generative AI etc.) but they must be integrated in the RSC Operations Digital Landscape.

We evaluate innovative technologies and best practices and built implementation plan while ensuring Method & Tools integration on RSC Ops. perimeter.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

TheOps. Artificial Intelligence Expert, reporting directly to the Operations BI Program Manager, will participate within the team to the different steps of Artificial Intelligence Projects:
  • The requirement understanding and structuration,
  • Lead functional workshops with Business & Data Management Experts
  • The development of Proof of Feasibility & Proof of Concept AI Tool,
  • Manage the validation & deployment on Pilot Sites.
  • Write all the Technical Requirement to freeze the scope with our IT Department (Digital Service)
  • Lead technical workshops with IT & Data Management Experts
  • Support IT Team during the development of the industrialized AI Tool
  • Define and follow the deployment Roadmap of each AI Tool
  • And gathering users feedback for adjustment and maintenance dashboards.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Artificial Intelligence Tools Development Project:

Leadership of POF (Proof of Feasibility)
  • Lead feasibility studies with development teams or external suppliers.
  • Validate technical assumptions, architecture options, and integration constraints.
  • Ensure alignment with business needs and cost/time objectives.
  • Leadership of POC (Proof of Concept) in collaboration with Digital Systems teams to design and execute POCs.
  • Support architecture definition, integration points, and security compliance with Digital System
  • Manage transition from POC to industrial deployment.

Artificial Intelligence Tools Development
  • Support business in formalizing requirements and assessing gaps.
  • Propose technical architecture and logical schemas for integration strategy.
  • Develop applications using:
    • Languages: Python, SQL, JavaScript
    • Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Panda
    • BI Tools: Power BI, QlikSense
    • Cloud Platforms: Azure
    • Test developments with clear test cases and document technical specifications.

Artificial Intelligence Tools Deployment & Adoption:

  • Oversee application deployment and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Monitor usage and define action plans for adoption improvement.
  • Prepare documentation for Change Management

PROFILE:
  • Preferred Background
  • Experience in industrial or operational environments.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation frameworks and data governance.
  • 8 years of experience in Data Analytics for Industry Companies
  • Initial background: Engineering school graduation (Data Engineering)
  • Strong experience in AI/ML development, data science, and system architecture
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, BI tools, and cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with API integration, DevOps, and agile methodologies
  • Experience in Industrial or Operational environments
  • Knowledge of Digital Transformation frameworks and data governance
  • Notion about Process mining & BI
  • Level of study: Master 1 or 2
  • Languages: French & English (fluent reading, writing & speaking)
  • Good communication skills & ability to work with various teams in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong analytical and synthetic thinking
  • Critical thinking & problem solving oriented
  • Team player & results-oriented
  • Experience in SAP ERP & Dassault Systèmes PLM appreciated
