The opportunity

Worldline, a leading player in B2B2C services in the field of payments and digital interactions, offers a wide range of innovative, high-value solutions to meet market demands, our clients, and prospects.

Within the Ominchannel Interactions activities, part of MeTS, join our team as the manager of the Move to Cloud team, where you will lead a dedicated team of 4 people. You will oversee the strategic migration of contact solutions to public and private cloud environments while strengthening our tools, procedures, and security resilience. This position offers the opportunity to participate in our cloud transformation journey and to apply your leadership to accelerate and expand our cloud strategy.

Your daily responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 4 cloud tech profiles to effectively carry out migration projects.
• Contribute to defining strategies/opportunities around the cloud.
• Set schedules, arbitrate priorities, define prioritizations.
• Supervise the migration of contact solutions from legacy systems to public and private cloud platforms.
• Develop and implement tools and procedures to improve team velocity.
• Provide project and team KPIs to monitor progress and performance.
• Perform technical watch to enhance security and resilience of the cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure cloud transformation initiatives align with business objectives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working across different organizational levels.

To perform these missions, you already have technical interests:

• Cloud skills (GCP, OpenShift)
• Deployment tools (Terraform/Helm/Docker)
• CI/CD
• Cloud urbanization

Who are you?
