Your skills

• 18 months of IT experience in 2nd level support
• Very good German and good English skills
• Excellent time management skill
• Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
• Windows and Mac experiance
• Dealing with ticket systems

As part of our onsite support team in Bad Säckingen, Germany, you will be responsible for the topics that make your heart beat faster:

• Installation, configuration, and setup of complex IT systems
• Commissioning and maintenance of IT systems (MS Win 10, MS Active Directory, etc.)
• Hardware repairs and 2nd level tasks using a ticket system
• Creation of system documentation
