Télécom Paris, part of the IMT (Institut Mines-Télécom) and a founding member of the Institut Polytechnique de Paris, is one of France's top 5 general engineering schools.
The mainspring of Télécom Paris is to train, imagine and undertake to design digital models, technologies and solutions for a society and economy that respect people and their environment.
We are looking for a Post-doctoral fellow in wireless networks and system modeling.
The LabSoC (System on Chip Team) at Télécom Paris is a research group within the LTCI laboratory, specializing in the design and security of integrated and embedded systems. Its work focuses on modeling, simulation, and automatic code generation to facilitate the design of complex circuits. The team is particularly interested in formal methods and system verification to ensure reliability from the earliest development stages. A major research focus concerns hardware security, including the study of side-channel attacks and the development of effective countermeasures. LabSoC also designs solutions to secure communications, external memory, and microelectronic architectures. In addition, it conducts research on digital signal processors for software-defined radio, aiming to balance flexibility with energy efficiency. The team also develops innovative tools such as TTool, an open-source modeling and verification environment based on UML/SysML. This software is used to quickly explore the design space and test different architectural solutions. Finally, LabSoC collaborates with numerous academic and industrial partners, reinforcing its central role in innovation for system-on-chip technologies.
