As part of the digital transformation of the Beauty Division, we are hiring a SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) Technical Expert to support our transformation program (FOCUS) related to the implementation of our next-generation ERP based on SAP S/4 HANA platforms and satellites applications. The FOCUS program will aim at simplifying, rationalizing, and driving convergence across the different Maisons of the Division.

In this context, we are looking for a SAP BTP Technical Expert based in Neuilly-sur-Seine. In this key role, with the help of an Integrator, you will design, build and support the implementation of end-to-end processes and solutions, leveraging the SAP BTP in the absence of standard functionalities (Focus Adopt Approach). Additionally, your role will be to secure that BTP choices align with IT principles.

Your main missions will be :

• Initial phase: design, develop, and integrate functionalities on SAP BTP Public Cloud
  • To integrate SAP S/4 Cloud to some external systems including security management
  • To automate some workflow and process
  • To support developers to implement some S/4 HANA standard capabilities.
  • To support data management and some analytic

• Deployment phase: lead and manage a team of SAP BTP specialists, overseeing design, development, and integration activities. Ensure quality, timelines, and budget are respected for all SAP BTP deliverables.
• Guarantee compliance with architecture standards, security policies, and IT best practices.
• Contribute to the strategic roadmap for SAP BTP, identifying new opportunities to optimize business processes.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the FOCUS program and Beauty Tech teams.
• Mentor and develop team members, supporting both their technical expertise and career growth.

You will excel in this position if you have:

• 10+ years of experience in leading technical teams (SAP), including 3+ years focused on SAP BTP, and related cloud technologies.
• Deep knowledge of SAP BTP services and capabilities.
• Strong technical skills in areas such as cloud architecture, integration, application development, data management, and AI.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and knowledge of enterprise architecture.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to federate cross-functional teams and engage with business stakeholders.
• Fluency in both English and French is required.

This position is available on a permanent basis in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
