Présentation de l'offre

• Lieu : 92
• Télétravail : 2 jours par semaine
• CDI de mission : entre 55k€ et 65k€ brut annuel selon profil
• Freelance : TJM entre 500€/HT et 550€/HT (Uniquement via portage)
• Expérience de 7 à 9 ans (hors stages et alternances) dans un contexte similaire.
• Anglais : Niveau C1

Context

As part of our HR digital transformation, we are seeking an experienced consultant to optimize the ServiceNow HRSD and ECPRO ecosystem. This strategic mission aims to harmonize around ten existing HR applications within a unified platform.

Objectives

• Analyze current HR architecture and identify integration opportunities
• Design innovative technical solutions for ECPRO & HRSD
• Drive HR tools convergence towards ServiceNow
• Develop strategic optimization recommendations

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct impact studies and technical feasibility assessments
• Propose solution architectures adapted to business needs
• Facilitate workshops with multiple stakeholders
• Support change management and user training

Required Profile

• Confirmed ServiceNow HRSD/ECPRO expertise
• Functional and technical analysis skills
• English proficiency (international environment)
• Strong relationship and synthesis capabilities
