bioMérieux's Clinical Operations is restructuring and strengthening its digital Marketing team to better address the ongoing business challenges in the in vitro diagnostics sector. With the increasing demand for digital and social media activities, we aim to develop mid to long-term digital marketing strategies and campaigns, as well as establish a robust social media presence for our products and solutions. In this context, we are recruiting a Digital Marketing Expert to complete our existing team.

What are your main accountabilities?

  • Audit and Analysis of the Existing environment
    • Market and Competitor Analysis: Evaluation of the company's digital ecosystem by studying industry trends and competitor strategies.
    • Audit of Digital Marketing Performance: Analysis of the effectiveness of current digital tools and strategies (website, social media, SEO, online advertising, etc.).
    • Support evaluation of Current Digital Strategy: Review of ongoing actions (website, content, social media, advertising campaigns) to identify weaknesses and opportunities.
  • Participation in the Development of Digital Strategy
    • Business Objectives and KPIs: Help in defining clear and measurable objectives for the digital strategy in collaboration with the Customer Engagement strategy leader (increasing traffic, lead conversion, brand awareness, customer retention, etc.).
    • Targeting and Segmentation: Identification of online customer targets and segments, considering consumer behaviors and needs.
    • Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Director and Social Media Content Manager to develop content plans tailored to digital channels (blog, videos, social media, email marketing) based on target audience expectations.
    • Support for User Experience (UX) Optimization: Ensure a smooth and optimal user experience on digital marketing platforms (website, mobile app) to maximize engagement, in collaboration with product owners of our digital platforms.
  • Implementation Support
    • Tool and Technology Selection: Recommend and select suitable software solutions (CMS, automation tools, etc.) for strategy implementation.
    • Digital Project Management: Oversee the implementation of digital projects (development of product web pages, marketing campaigns, product launches, etc.), ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
    • Web Performance Optimization: Implement SEO (natural referencing) and SEA (paid referencing) strategies to improve visibility on search engines and other digital channels.
  • Performance Analysis and Adjustments
    • Collaboration with Customer Engagement Leader: Regular monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) (traffic, conversion, engagement) and data analysis using tools like Google or Adobe Analytics.
    • Reporting and Recommendations: Provide reports on the performance of implemented actions and propose adjustments or new actions to achieve objectives.
  • Training and Skill Development of Internal Teams
    • Team Training: Train employees on best practices in digital marketing, use of tools and platforms, and integration of digital strategy into company processes.
  • Strategic Monitoring and Innovation:
  • Technological and Competitive Monitoring: Monitor the evolution of digital trends and technological innovations to ensure the company maintains a leading market position.
  • Recommendations for Digital Innovation: Advise on the integration of new technologies such as artificial intelligence, augmented reality, or blockchain into company strategies.

What is your profile ?

  • Master's Degree with minimum 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, including at least one experience as a digital marketing strategy consultant.
  • Analytical skills and ability to provide clear responses to client (internal) issues.
  • Technological culture and good knowledge of the Digital & Marketing ecosystem and its challenges.
  • Multidisciplinary teamwork to deliver relevant, client-oriented solutions.
  • Autonomy
  • Proficiency in English and ability to operate in an international context.
  • Good knowledge of marketing roles in B2B companies, particularly in the medical sector.
