As HR Manager, you will play a key role in defining and implementing the HR strategy in France and across a European scope. You will manage a small HR team and work closely with international HR teams.
Your main responsibilities:
Qualifications
You hold a higher education degree (Business School, Master's in HR or Labor Law) and have significant experience (+ 7/8 years) in similar roles, including several years as an HR Manager, with a team management responsibility.
You must have proven experience in an international digital or tech company with a strong commercial culture. Your previous roles have required you to interact with sales teams, with a deep understanding of performance issues, variable compensation, and management approach.
You are fluent in English and are known for your initiative and ability to implement processes.

- Lead the local HR strategy in alignment with business and regulatory objectives.
- As a true Business Partner, you will act as a liaison with management and leaders to support them on managerial issues, strategy, performance management, change management, and employee engagement.
- Supervise operational HR activities: payroll, labor relations, people management.
- Structure and lead employee journeys.
- Work in close coordination with the international HR team to harmonize processes and develop innovative HR practices.
