Duties & Responsibilities :
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of AD specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to team members.
• Active Directory Management: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Active Directory services, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and adhere to best practices.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure the AD environment complies with relevant security standards and regulations. Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls to protect the integrity and confidentiality of company data.
• Incident and Problem Management: Manage and resolve AD-related incidents and problems promptly and effectively. Implement proactive measures to prevent recurrence and minimize impact on business operations.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for AD services, aligning with the overall IT strategy and business objectives of ArcelorMittal.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across different European organizations to understand their needs and ensure the delivery of high-quality AD services.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of AD operations.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of AD configurations, processes, and procedures. Provide regular reports on the status and performance of AD services.
Education :
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Skills & Specifications :
o Strong leadership and team management skills.
o Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
o Proficiency in Active Directory configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
o Knowledge of security standards and best practices for AD environments.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and geographically dispersed environment.
Work experience requirements :
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Extensive experience in managing Active Directory services is essential.
Languages :
• Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.

About the Team
Our Group IT team is mainly situated in Luxembourg and supports ArcelorMittal Group and Corporate Functions providing them with Global Transversal IT Services including, Group Network, Cloud Infrastructure, Cyber Security Cyber and Corporate Application development and support. Our IT operations span from establishing new services up to running these services whether using internal teams, cloud services or outsourced.
