Job Summary
We are looking for Workplace Systems Engineers Level 2 or 3 M/F to join our dynamic team.
Responsible for managing and optimizing Workplace systems for our customers, ensuring a high level of performance and availability, you will work closely with technical teams and end users to ensure an optimal user experience.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Administer and maintain Workplace systems, including virtualization environments and collaboration solutions;
- Diagnose and resolve Level 3 incidents, providing advanced technical support;
- Participate in the design and implementation of new solutions and improvements to existing systems;
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure system integration and compatibility;
- Conduct security audits and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with standards and best practices;
- Write and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures;
- Train and mentor lower-level engineers and end-users.
Essential Skills
• Degree in computer science, engineering or a related field with significant experience as a systems engineer, with expertise in Workplace solutions;
• You have mastery of virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and collaboration solutions (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, SCCM, Google Workspace, etc.);
• Recent certifications in these areas would be a plus
• You have excellent communication and customer relations skills;
• English level B2 or TOEIC above 785
• You have the ability to work independently and in a team;
• You are national mobile.
• You have knowledge of ITIL Best Practices (incident management, problem management, change management and releases);
• You are motivated by challenges and obtaining new certifications;
• You have a sense of service and you are responsive and organized;
