The Role

This is a 6 months'fixed term role.

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA User to join our finance and administrative team. In this role, you report into the Office Administration Manager and you are responsible for the day-to-day use of SAP S/4HANA to support and optimize business processes. This includes managing transactions in functional modules such as Finance, Sales, and Procurement, as well as ensuring efficient handling of orders, invoicing, and payments. You also contribute to data analysis, system optimization, and ensuring business continuity through effective system usage.

As a key contact for end-users, you provide first-level support, troubleshoot issues, and offer guidance on best practices. You help train colleagues, contribute to internal documentation, and collaborate with project teams to support the adoption of new features and continuous improvement initiatives. Your ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly is essential to success in this role.

Desirable Skills:

• Degree (Bac +2 to Bac +5) in business, management IT, or a related field, with proven experience using SAP S/4HANA across multiple functional modules (Finance, Logistics, Sales, Procurement, etc.)
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to resolve issues in an operational SAP environment
• Proficiency in data analysis and SAP reporting tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud); familiarity with SCIM is a plus
• SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is an asset
• Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken
