Within the Group, you will join the IT Department, part of GIE AXA Services.
Within this Department, you will be part of the IT Excellence team, in charge of the OT platform.
Your job and daily missions:
We are seeking an Admin Building System and Network who will be responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and optimizing the building's OT infrastructure, network systems, and integrated building management systems. This position ensures seamless operation, security, and efficiency of all systems to support organizational goals and provide a reliable environment for employees and stakeholders.

Your job and daily missions:
We are seeking an Admin Building System and Network who will be responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and optimizing the building's OT infrastructure, network systems, and integrated building management systems. This position ensures seamless operation, security, and efficiency of all systems to support organizational goals and provide a reliable environment for employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration: Manage and maintain building management systems (BMS), including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), lighting, and security systems (Access Control and CCTV). Monitor and troubleshoot system performance to ensure optimal functionality. Perform regular updates, patches, and backups for all systems.
- Network Administration: Design, implement, and maintain the building's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi. Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues promptly. Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and other protective measures.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support for building systems and network-related issues. Collaborate with vendors and service providers for system upgrades and repairs. Train staff on the proper use of building systems and network tools.
- Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data and systems. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to IT and building systems. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
- Project Management: Lead or assist in the planning and execution of OT and building system projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Use monitoring tools to track system and network performance. Generate reports on system uptime, network usage, and incident resolution. Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Technical & Professional Skills
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Electronic engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in system and network administration, preferably in a building management context.
- Proven experience in building management IT systems (e.g., HVAC, access control, CCTV).
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar are a plus.
Soft skills
- Creative, innovative, and has a strong team-work ability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work independently.

- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
