The Opportunity
We are seeking a Head of IT Controlling & Performance to lead the in-depth transformation of our management control as part of a major IT Finance project within Corporate IT department. In this influential role, you will work closely with various teams, mainly with our finance counterpart to redefine our organizational processes and tooling. Upon completion of the project, you will take charge of the IT Controlling & Reporting department. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead the IT management control transformation project in collaboration with the Finance Department to enhance our practices.
- Oversee the deployment of the chosen EPM solution and ensure its integration with existing systems (SAP FICO, BW, SAC, Oracle Hyperion).
- Manage and develop the IT team of internal and external consultants with expertise in BI and SAP FICO.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and Finance business units to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Define and implement best practices in management control and financial performance to achieve our objectives.
- Ensure adherence to project quality, timelines, and budget constraints to deliver successful outcomes.
Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers; individuals who can step up, show what's next, and drive positive change. In practice, this means:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in management control and implementation of EPM solutions.
- Proven expertise in deploying market-leading EPM solutions (Tagetik, Onestream, Oracle, SAP).
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and management control design and execution.
- Significant experience in managing complex Finance/IT transformation projects effectively.
- Team management and leadership skills to empower others to excel.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with Finance and IT teams for aligned efforts.
- Fluency in English is essential for working with our international teams.
- Advanced degree in Finance, Management Control, or Information Systems.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP solutions (FICO, BW, SAC) and Oracle Hyperion to navigate existing frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of market EPM solutions, with an understanding of integration challenges between financial systems.
