Responsabilities

  • You are in charge  of Level 1 and Level 2 IT tasks (such as preparing computers for new joiners, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, etc..) 
  • You ensure IT Services delivers the best experience in relation to employees support, deployments, infrastructure, and day to day IT activities
  • You maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications 
  • You track and maintain hardware and software inventory
  • You verify the good functioning of the VC rooms
  • You update and document the current IT procedures
  • You take part in IT Projects

Tech Environment 

  • Google Workspace
  • Slack
  • SaaS Management/Asset Tool/Ticketing
  • MDM : Jamf (Mac & Iphone) & Intunes (PC Windows & Android)
  • SSO, SAML : Okta
  • Cisco Meraki (LAN, WIFI, Firewall)
  • VC Systems : Polycom
  • Hardware: 85% Apple, 15% Windows

Profile

  • You have a proven working experience in the position or relevant experience in a fast growing environment
  • You have a modern vision and approach of IT management (Cloud, SaaS, GSuite, ...)
  • You have excellent customer service
  • You have excellent communication skills and can speak & write in English and French
