The Opportunity
Are you passionate about innovative IT solutions and technological challenges? We are looking for a ServiceNow business analyst / administrator to contribute to a strategic transformation program.
In this role, you will play a key part in evolving our ServiceNow instance into a DevOps-compliant environment. You will also focus on enhancing our CMDB, ensuring a high level of integration and automation. Your work will simplify and accelerate ITSM processes, boosting the efficiency of our teams and the quality of our services.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Analytical and Functional Skills
- Business Requirements Analysis: Gathering requirements from stakeholders, formalizing specifications, and documenting functional needs.
- Process Optimization: Ability to analyze and improve ITSM processes by leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.
- Agile Project Management: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for managing ServiceNow enhancements and deployments.
- Documentation and Training: Writing user guides, technical documentation, and conducting training sessions for users and administrators.
- Deals with customer success management and Users Onboarding
Technical skills :
- ServiceNow Administration: Configuration and maintenance of the platform, managing users, groups, roles, and permissions.
- Good knowledge of CMDB, ITOM, CSDM and data management.
- Workflows and Automation: Designing and implementing workflows using Flow Designer
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow using REST/SOAP APIs and integration Hub.
- Servicenow CSM.
- Knowledge base management and Reporting
Who Are We Looking For

- You have relevant experience (at least 3 years) in solution design, managing functional aspects and requirements.
- Ensures platform alignment with the business strategy and keep the platform as close as possible to Out Of the BoX.
- Interact with the platform dev & Engineering team. Collaborate with Technical Service Owners and other technology teams to design integrations.
- ITIL v4 Certification
- You have Servicenow Certifications among ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow Platform Implementation, ServiceNow IT Service Management (Fundamental / Implementation) , ServiceNow CMDB.
- Any previous experience in ServiceNow platform "back to baseline" projects, dealing with reduction of customizations is a plus.
- Servicenow scope : Servicenow ITSM, CSDM/CMDB, CSM, Integration Hub, ITOM, Performance Analytics

- Hands on, Solution oriented. Self-starter, autonomous, quick learner
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
