Main challenge

Gameloft's Technology department seeks a Manager to lead capacity management, reporting, and analysis across infrastructure, software, and partners. Strong analytical skills and experience in tech-driven environments are required

What it means on a daily basis

• Contract Management for our Technology department providers : Manage contract renewals and new requisitions with business owners and Purchasing teams, improving processes as needed. Work with Technology managers to anticipate needs and track performance metrics on contract usage

• Budget Follow-up and reporting for our Technology department : Handle memo approvals, budget tracking, and financial analysis while preparing forecasts to support strategic decisions, ensuring alignment with company objectives

• Cost Analysis, optimization, reporting and automation: Analyze gaming infrastructure costs, optimize spending through FinOps on public clouds, and allocate costs across infrastructure, SaaS, and teams. Develop pricing models, automate cost reporting, and provide detailed insights to senior management and the Finance department

• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish the right cost reporting structure and present financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders and executive management

• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of four, promoting collaboration and efficiency. Set goals and evaluate performance to ensure alignment with departmental objectives

You will be working with the IT department at Gameloft, as well as key stakeholders from departments such as procurement, finance and senior management

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills; experienced in managing cross-functional teams and working with attention to detail
• Leadership-driven, proactive, autonomous, team-oriented, with the ability to present complex data and promote innovative ideas or improvements

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields, with over 8 years of experience related to technology or infrastructure projects
• Or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with over 8 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, and cost analysis (MBA or relevant certification preferred)
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure costs and data center operations
• Proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, Looker)
• Bilingual: fluent in French and English
