On a daily basis, you will

As n IT Manager,, your mission will be to design, implement, and maintain CryptoNext's IT infrastructure, ensuring high levels of security, performance, and availability. Your responsibilities will include:
Infrastructure Management

• Manage both cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure supporting R&D and client software delivery.
• Prepare for future expansion by contributing to the design of our SaaS product infrastructure.
• Oversee service providers for cloud platforms, including procurement, configuration, supervision, and maintenance.
• Document processes and configurations for internal and external use.

Workstation and Equipment Management

• Provide, configure, and maintain workstations and related tools for employees.
• Enforce security protocols, including workstation configuration and inventory management.

Collaborative Platforms

• Ensure security compliance across all platforms (Office365, HubSpot, Odoo, Jira, etc.).
• Manage onboarding/offboarding processes for employees and support cross-departmental collaboration tools.

Security Implementation

• Define and enforce security rules, procedures, and tools for infrastructure and endpoints.
• Deploy and maintain equipment such as firewalls, VPNs, and OS configurations to meet certification-level security standards (Common Criteria, FIPS).

R&D Lab and Pilot Projects

• Manage hardware and equipment for the internal R&D lab, including HSMs, VPN gateways, and proxy TLS devices.
• Support R&D and client pilot projects by sourcing, configuring, and maintaining necessary equipment.

Employee Support

• Act as the go-to resource for employees needing assistance with IT tools or equipment.

Requirements
The skills you'll need

We're looking for someone with a strong technical foundation and excellent interpersonal skills. Ideal candidates will have:
Education and Experience

• A degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or network engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a security-certified product environment.

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in managing cloud services and on-premise hardware.
• Experience with network and security tools (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, HSMs).
• Familiarity with workstation and endpoint configuration and management.

Language Skills

• Fluent in French with professional-level English (capable of leading multinational teams and presenting effectively).

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Calm under pressure and able to adapt quickly to changing needs.
