PURPOSE & SCOPE OF THE JOB

Manager of delivery system product developments for cosmetic application AB (Active Beauty business) and projects management of external activity, supervising customized project related to Delivery system technology. Developing and scoping new technologies to the current capabilities (Spherulites & NV). Building the future team for DS.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
• Managing delivery system product development for cosmetic application AB (Active Beauty business)
• Supervising external activity related to Nanovethores activity on Delivery system
• Management of customized projects for DS including internal / external activities
• Identification of new technologies or renovation of existing technology related to DS
• Develop and maintain scientific excellence in his/her field
• Giving strategic vision to DS products for pushing AB business

You will report to

Direct report: AB S&T Director

Functional Reports: Other Head of platform, Head of Biological evaluation, R&D coordinator, Marketing Team, RAPS team, IP team, Delivery system Team from Fragrance division, HSE team, IT team

Education & Knowledge

• Engineer level (Bac+ 5 minimum) or PhD level Mandatory scientific background: chemistry, biotechnology, delivery system or equivalent domain
• Knowledge on Cosmetic industry, cosmetics compliancy, product design will be an advantage Strategic and innovative mindset, people coordination and engagement, scientific excellent and rigour, auton-omy and proactivity are essential

Experience

• 7 -10 years of job experience with at least 2 years of industrial experience PhD level,
• 7 years of experience with at least 2 years of industrial experience

• Fluent English

• Scientific/analytical skills
• Technical skills/knowledge in area of specialty
• Extensive knowledge of methods & scientific principles
