As an experienced program management professional, you will be responsible in promoting project process excellence through design, optimization, and validation. Your role involves actively supporting the application of complex project management methodologies and the production of ad hoc documentation while assisting key program stakeholders. You will operate in tight collaboration with solution provider and business teams, and will be the guarantor of the standard defined for applications in scope and contributes to the analyse of each request for customization or evolution.
Your destination:
You will be joining the Group Core IT to lead the structuring Business application programs with the support of the experts in their respective Environment, Social, HR, Manufacturing, Finance, Purchasing as well as the data management and reporting processes.

Your main responsabilities will be :
- To define, implement and lead or manage IS/IT projects from project design stages to project acceptance, with the aim of obtaining an optimum result in compliance with the requirements of the Business.
- The Project design and implementation encompass the assistance of key users to write business requirements and to propose the solutions to be implemented. Based on resulting functional specifications, you will analyse and configure software package components, and make changes as necessary to components, in compliance with standards and procedures.
- Supervise the support of applications in your scope.
- You will work closely with local / central IT/IS, industrial and program stakeholders with the aim to deliver the needed functional prerequisites required by the industrial solutions.
- You will monitor the standardization according a common defined solution within the concerned area.
- You will have to ensure a homogeneous transversal communication (IS strategy & policy) with the business and IT
- Guarantee a good documentation (functional) of implemented solutions in the relative plants
- Consolidate data for Information security risks analysis or for architectural purposes to guarantee a secure and homogenous environment
Process Excellence:
- Provide real support in the application of complex project management methodologies.
- Produce and maintain necessary documentation to support key program stakeholders.
Program Execution:
- Ensure projects are executed according to plan and meet quality standards.
- Monitor program progress and ensure alignment with program objectives.
- Diagnose organizational and project process issues to identify pain points and bottlenecks, and propose solutions for arbitration.
- Measure project performance, including user adoption levels, and develop corrective plans when necessary.
Performance and Quality Management:
- Define performance metrics and KPIs for the program.
- Monitor and measure program performance against these metrics.
- Ensure the program delivers expected outcomes and benefits within defined limits and constraints.
Change Management:
- Provide support and methodology to project managers in executing their roadmaps.
Risk Management:
- Assess and report all risks associated with the project process as needed.
- Monitor and control risks throughout the program lifecycle in collaboration with various stakeholders.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of the programs progress and status.
- Collect feedback to improve processes or upgrade the program as needed.
- Report regularly to senior management and other stakeholders by setting up update supports.
- Ensure all program documentation is up-to-date and accessible
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 - 10 years of experience in project management & deployment of software applications
- Experience in an international, multicultural and multi-site environment
- Experience and Knowledge of relevant business processes (sales, finance, purchasing ...) and implementation in relevant software.
- Outsourcing Management
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills, with ability to address complex technical issues
- Ability to popularize technical concepts
- Communication & story telling skills
- Willingness to travel between Nexans plants
- Fluent in English, French is an added value
