Valeo's Site located in Bobigny, France is Valeo's Light Division Headquarters. It employs over 520 people working on the development of lighting systems (headlamps, rear lighting, interior lighting, etc.).

We are looking for an EMC Electronics Development Manager. You will ensure the efficient running of worldwide projects, and play a key, central role in the division's EMC network.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of EMC Team Leaders and Designers: yearly appraisals, career and skills development, staff recruitment, etc.
• Define the budget required for project development, right from the RFQ phase.
• Identify potential risks on the layout and guarantee the robustness of the design according to customer requirements.
• Allocate team members to the various projects and support the Project team in managing priorities.
• Participate in the definition and implementation of standards, methods and tools required for the proper handling of projects and technologies in line with the CEM network.
• Contribute to the deployment of processes through schematic, routing and mechatronics integration reviews.

About You:

• Graduated from an engineering degree in Electromagnetic Compatibility or Electronics, you have at least 7 years' experience.
• You have acquired skills in electronic / EMC design and team management (functional or hierarchical).
• Given the position's international exposure, fluency in English is imperative. French is an additional asset.
• Occasional national and international business travel is to be expected.
