This position is based in Rennes, France
IDnow France is strengthening its in-house IT team and is looking for its future System Administrator. As part of a team split between France and Germany, you will be involved in providing support for our internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
This is a truly multi-skilled position covering a wide range of technical subjects: internal infrastructure, workstations, technical environments (Linux/Windows), security projects, etc. Here are a few examples:

- Support for overhauling and securing the internal IT infrastructure
- Participation in IDnow inter-team projects (France, Germany & Romania)
- Implementing common tools and processes at group level
- You will be responsible for maintaining the internal IS in operational condition
- N1/N2/N3 support for internal incidents
- MCO of internal IT tools (Microsoft Active directory, LDAP, Microsoft Azure, MS O365, JIRA, Confluence, Gitlab, etc.)
- Administration of the company network (firewall, wifi, etc.)
Preferred Experience
With at least 3 years' experience in a similar position, you are organized and a good communicator and are used to working in a team.
- Mastery of Linux "Debian/Ubuntu" & Windows "10/11" environments.
- Experience of hosting and infrastructure issues.
- Knowledge of networks, routing, switching and firewalls
- Professional level in both French and English (written and spoken), you feel able to work in an international context.
Experience we would like to see (but which can be improved / acquired):
- Virtualisation environments: Proxmox
- Desktop management tools: Puppet, Salt and/or Intune
- Experience in an ISO27001 environment
