We are seeking an IT Technician with a minimum of three years of experience to provide proximity IT support for end-users, focused on resolving advanced IT issues with an emphasis on ongoing optimization.

Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Communication Skills: Ability to effectively convey technical information to users of varying expertise levels, providing clear instructions and responsive support.
•
Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical abilities to quickly diagnose and resolve issues, minimizing disruptions for end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Provide proximity IT support for end-users, addressing technical issues in person and remotely
•
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems both onsite and via remote access
•
Set up and repair workstations and related equipment as required
•
Assist with videoconference setups and related technical support
•
Develop and maintain user guides, staff documentation, and training materials
•
Ensure SLA are met to maintain a high level of service
