YOUR ROLE
Are you passionate about change within organization and the impact on people? Would you like to support global projects by translating changes to the end users in collaboration with different departments and individuals?
If so, we have the opportunity to work as our Organizational Change Management Professional for CEVA Logistics.
This role is open in France (Puteaux), Spain (Madrid), Italy (Lazzate)
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Support, develop and implement change management strategies to support IT initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions. This includes preparing and supporting individuals and teams through change, managing resistance, and ensuring that changes are effectively communicated and adopted.
Support organizational change management efforts, ensuring that changes are effectively communicated, adopted, and sustained across the organization. This includes, helping to develop OCM strategies, conducting impact assessments, and providing support and training to employees during transitions.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Support IT organization, through a web of influence and change ambassadors, ensuring that communication and change management are aligned and effectively implemented across all IT functions, products and geographies.

- Organizational Change Management (OCM):
Support organizational change management efforts, ensuring that changes are effectively communicated, adopted, and sustained across the organization. This includes, helping to develop OCM strategies, conducting impact assessments, and providing support and training to employees during transitions.
- Metrics and Reporting:
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Support the Entire IT Organization:
Support IT organization, through a web of influence and change ambassadors, ensuring that communication and change management are aligned and effectively implemented across all IT functions, products and geographies.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- You have a relevant degree/certified in change management or you have minimum 2-3 years of experience with change management
- You have familiarity with project management tools and software. You have knowledge of Microsoft 365
- You have excellent verbal & writing skills in English.
- You are a clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships with internal partners.
- You are proactive and have a keenness to learn on the job
