As a future ITSCM Officer you will report to our Head of Cybersecurity Operation and you will be part of AXA IM Technology - Infrastructure team.
Cybersecurity Operation team provides expertise to stakeholders to leverage a risk-driven approach and support critical and vital activities for both projects and business-as-usual activities.
In this context, the IT Service Continuity Management Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the organization's IT services remain operational in the face of potential disruptions, particularly in a complex cybersecurity context.
The primary objective of this role is to strengthen the ITSCM team and the structure in place to develop and implement robust continuity plans to mitigate the impact of ransomware-type threats, ensuring the organization can respond effectively and maintain essential services.

DISCOVER your opportunity
1- IT service continuity Officer (Primary mission)
- Develop and maintain IT service continuity plans, ensuring they align with cybersecurity best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain documentation and reporting on the status of IT service continuity plans, including lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate and conduct recovery exercises, in accord with your published annual exercise schedule to test the effectiveness of continuity plans and improve response capabilities.
- Liaise with Technical Architects and Service Delivery Managers, for the review of documentation.
- Obtain service recovery assurance from third party Service Providers assuring compliance in alignment with contracted obligations.
- Act as a focal point for recovery incident response and support the IT team in implementing recovery measures.
- Work closely with the Operational resilience team, in the overall management of IT and business risks.
- Maintain the IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) Process and Plan
- Produce regular reports, and chair relevant meetings with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Ensuring the IT resilience capability of the organization, aligns to Business Resilience requirements.
- Assure and where appropriate, participate in end-to-end testing for Business Service Continuity exercises.
- Contribute to enhancing and optimizing the efficiency of control activities by working hand-in-hand with all concerned stakeholders.
As part of cybersecurity operation team:
2- Security
- Follow company guidelines / regulations to ensure company data is held in a secure manner, including electronic access or in written format.
- Escalate any security issues or potential security breaches as appropriate to ensure any potential issues can be secured.
- Aligned with Information System Security policy and guidelines, develop and deploy processes that will ensure level 1 controls are in place, actioned and tracked.
- Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats and contribute to the development of proactive measures to enhance the organization's resilience against ransomware attacks.
- Support IT audits as required and drive the recovery of any audit deficiencies to pre-agreed deadlines.

- Develop a culture of innovation across the team, to deploy new services in a "value-add" and cost-effective way towards the business.
Qualifications

Education & Experience:
- Master degree in Computer Science or significant experience in similar technical IT management roles
- Relevant qualifications, skills, and experience in Service Continuity Management
- Familiar with or accredited to ISO22301, ISO27001, ISO31000
- Proven track record in IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) and previous exprience in an ITSCM function, operating an assurance / risk based managed ITSCM process and exercises
- Experience in implementing, applying, and governing IT Service Continuity Management standards and procedures
- Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships a plus
- Information risk approach and risks analysis experience mandatory
- Management Framework experience in the Service Operations function (Event, Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Capacity, ITSCM and CSI)
Key Competencies
- Strong understanding of ransomware threats, cybersecurity frameworks, and best practices in incident response.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow
- Good understanding of Risk Management concepts and working practices
- IT Crisis management and decision-making abilities
- Client focus is a key asset. To be the business advocate for locally delivered services in a service-oriented manner.
- Organized with a proven ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and use time effectively.
- Ability to assimilate information quickly, clearly identifying key risks and gaps, issues, and present information concisely.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong team working
- Fluent in English mandatory. Working knowledge of French preferred
