Detailes Job Description:

• Minimum of five years experience in a Functional Lead role
• Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion experience in at least one or more of these modules:
• Global Human Resources, Majorly into Compensation and Benefits, Global Payroll, Global Payroll Interface, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Goal Management,Performance Management, Talent Review and Succession Management,Workforce Compensation
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM modules
• Experience in Oracle Cloud.
• Upgrade and implementation experience
• Prior experience leading HCM projects
• Must be willing to travel within Paris
