You will be joining the London Clearing House (LCH) that is the French subsidiary of LSEG based in Paris with over 250 internal staff. LCH is a critical infrastructure for the Financial Market recognized as a leading international clearing house.

OUR TEAM
The Technology and Cyber Risk Team is the second line of defence for Technology and Cyber within the Risk Department of LCH. Its main objectives are to:
• Define and maintain a comprehensive policy framework.
• Define and implement a permanent control framework embedded in the internal governance.
• Support the Business transformation projects with in-depth analysis to ensure that IT and Cyber risks are adequately identified and mitigated.
• Monitor and assess IT services provided by the main outsourcers of LCH SA.
• Ensure IT and Cyber Disaster Recovery Plans and strategies are adequately defined and regularly tested to minimise the recovery time from IT and Cyber incidents.
• Provide an independent opinion to the executive management and board members on IT and Cyber Risk

As a Technology and Cyber Risk manager, you will focus on the below key themes:
Participate to internal, external, and regulatory audits on technology and cyber risk. Provide your independent expert opinion on the closure of recommendations issued by regulators.
Actively participate to adequate internal committees to provide your expertise and independent opinion to the executive management.

YOUR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Technology and Cyber Risk manager, you will focus on the below key themes:
- Steer the annual review of the ICT Policies (Technology Risk, Cyber Risk, Business Continuity Risk, 3rd Party Risk, ...) to ensure they are aligned with emerging risks, regulations, and market best practice.
- In coordination with First Line teams, monitor and assess IT services provided by the main outsourcers of LCH SA.
- Perform in-depth analysis of the main transformation projects of LCH SA to ensure risks are adequately identified. Provide your expert opinion for a better risk mitigation.
- In coordination with First Line teams, monitor and enhance the permanent control framework. Perform second line check and challenge on the controls performed by the First Line.
- Perform deep dive on technology topics whenever a key risk or an emerging risk is identified or upon request of senior management.
- Provide independent opinion on the IT and Cyber Disaster Recovery Plans and tests.
- Provide expertise on relevant regulations (DORA, NIS, ECB, ...) and ensure that LCH SA is compliant with their requirements.
Participate to internal, external, and regulatory audits on technology and cyber risk. Provide your independent expert opinion on the closure of recommendations issued by regulators.
- Regular interaction with the COO, CTO, CISO and their teams to coordinate IT and Cyber risk analysis.
Actively participate to adequate internal committees to provide your expertise and independent opinion to the executive management.
- Define and monitor relevant Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and provide risk opinion to relevant Risk reports (Resilience MI, ERM Report, Technology Risk MI, Post Trade Report, etc..).
- Participate to LSEG and LCH workstreams related to Technology perimeters. Share regular updates to the Risk team and raise any blocking point or key concern.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCES
- Between 5 to 10 years of experience in a Technology/Cyber Risk Management environment preferably in the financial sector.
- Thorough background knowledge and work experience of IT risk and control frameworks.
- Good knowledge in IT (infrastructure, Application, Cloud) and Information Security.
- Good knowledge of technology standards (NIST and ISO).
- Certification: CISA, CRISK, CGEIT, CISM, CISSP, OSCP or similar.
- Good knowledge of technology regulations applicable to financial institutions (DORA, NIS, ECB, ...).
- Ability to analyse data and to challenge the design and effectiveness of controls.
- Ability to drive and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, very good attention to detail, synthetic and rigorous
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Be a great teammate
- Self-starter with a positive work attitude
