LCH SA is a leading clearer of repo transactions and credit derivatives in the Eurozone and a leading provider of equity clearing services to European trading venues.
Within the Technology department responsible to deliver sustainable and value-added IT services to all the business units of the Clearing House, and within the LCH SA IT Shared Services team, the manager of the LCH SA Reporting capabilities will be in charge of the Reporting information system.
The functional scope of the Reporting capabilities is : First Line Risk, Market Risk, Regulatory Reporting - critical functions for the CCP.

Key Responsibilities
- The Manager of Reporting Capabilities will be responsible for creating business value through technology to be in adequation with business objectives
- Propose and monitor changes in the technology sector to discover ways the company can improve, develop, and support cost-effective and state of the art technology solutions for all aspects of the organization
- Provide oversight, direction and escalate as required to his management chain to ensure LCH SA meet their business, regulatory and Group mandates. This includes: production management, operational Risk & Audit Points, release management and strategy and planning
- Align IT Teams with CCP performance objectives, control performance objectives
- Manage the IT Team in charge of the Reporting capabilities : people and adapt organisation to ensure the delivery of day to day and strategic objectives and goals both IT and business
Operational responsibilities:
- Ensure the company's internal technological processes and customer-facing services comply with expectations and applicable laws and regulations for privacy, security, and social responsibility
- Manage outsourcing providers and ensure production robustness is reinforced across the service and make recommendations to enable stability - e.g. throttling of services. Production includes End User Computing services & application support
- Ensure coordination of Technology & Operation topics between Business lines a
- Ensure that technology and IT Security policies, standards and best practices are maintained across the organisation
- Own the IT Reporting department budget & expenses in full coordination with the finance department and takes responsibility to decrease IT running costs, ensure budgets are respected and adequately managed
- Approve and own vendor & outsourcers relationships, Control the level of services provided by vendors to the IT Department
- Establish IT Policies, procedures and standards
Develop and Manage "day to day" Key Stakeholder Relationship Plans with:
- LSEG IT Peers to ensure global consistency in the IT Offering capabilities, synergies and collaboration
- The LCH SA Chief Compliance Officer with respect to all regulators
- LCH SA / LCH Ltd COOs to promote consistency and efficiency of approach
- Strategic suppliers (new and existing)
Experience Required
- Business understanding of Repo, Equities, CDS, Clearing & Settlement, Collateral Management, Margining is preferrable
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience of driving business and technology strategic change initiatives
- Experience of managing large intra-company & external outsourcing contracts
- Broad knowledge on IT architecture and operations
- Comfortable with ambiguity and results driven
- Experience of working in a complex, international, changing and matrix reporting environment
- Ability to question existing procedures, being able to point out weaknesses and suggest improvements challenging the status quo
- Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to various stakeholders (e.g. internal team, board members);
- Excellent decision-making abilities and use of independent judgment
- Good product knowledge
- Strong written and verbal French and English communication skills
