The Change Management and Communication Lead position within the Identity Global Products department is an exhilarating opportunity to be at the forefront of driving transformative change in a critical area of the company's technological landscape. By taking the lead in managing and communicating changes related to IT identity systems and processes, you'll play a pivotal role in :

  • The rollout of a 100 million program over 5 years to transform the technology landscape of AXA Identity.

  • Support the creation of a single team to manage centrally IT identity at AXA.

  • Lead the change management practices in the whole department as well as managing a team of change management officers to cover all those missions.

Job purpose

As a change manager you'll play an important role in ensuring the successful deployment of group products within AXA globally (~120 000 users) change management practices within the IGP department and releases in our projects. You'll be responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing the process of developing, testing, and deploying software releases to various environments.

Main mission

Your responsibilities include:

  • Defining the change management framework and practices, both for all user populations but also internally in the department to convey the transformation of the team

  • Controlling the change management practices of 50 rollout projects in different AXA entities of the global transformation program and making sure that local change management teams follow and understand recommendations.

  • Structure and lead change management of the internal team (2 FTE), but also in each entity where dedicated change management officers are nominated.

  • Change the mindset of the team to make it shift from infrastructure products to business application products (requiring deeper understanding of practices

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

Experience

  • Proven successful experience as Change Manager Officer

  • Experience of management

  • Work in IT infrastructure context would be a plus

Technical skill

  • Change management methodologies

Soft skills / transversal skill

  • Ability to communicate and negotiate in an international / multi-cultural environment.

  • "Service-oriented" person with skills in managing client relationships.

  • High capacities of influence others in matrixial organization.

  • Management of priorities and complex situations with multiple stakeholders (Identity, other AXA GO, entities, security...) while keeping good relationships.

  • Analytical skills to help drive "continuous improvement".

  • Fluent written & spoken English.
