We are looking for a part-time FTE (two days per week on-site).

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Act as the primary connection between service delivery and the business for all shopfloor IT systems, in particular MES
• Deliver IT Services, Systems and Applications to the Business
• Interact with Global experts to deliver Support and enhancements in the Network, Infrastructure, Database & SQL database areas
• Contribute to the Demand Management Process to deploy new services: understand Business needs, clarify requirements, align with vendors, do security analysis. Assist with onboarding process of new applications, define new services in SNOW.
• Develop and enhance relationships with key stakeholders (in close alignment with the Novartis Huningue IT team), actively manage their expectations & monitor satisfaction levels
• Ensure adherence to quality standards as defined by the IT Organization
• Ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures in scope

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related area
• Over 2 years of experience in Service management or a similar role
• IT knowledge is required
• Strong fundamental knowledge in main IT areas
• Good understanding of business processes
• ServiceNow experience
• Flexible and team oriented person
• Collaborative and creative individual who owns and solves problems creatively, can communicate his/her ideas and results very effectively to colleagues and stakeholders
• Experienced working in multinational teams, i.e. sensitive of cultural differences and adaptable
• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
• Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
