As an SAP Change, Adoption and Training Specialist, you'll play a role in a large-scale project aimed at improving the performance of Hermès Retail supply chain and Store Operations through the implementation of Retail SAP.

You are willing to understand the challenges that aim to have the right product at the right place at the right time. You are passionate about supporting the company through its digital transformation.

You are committed to capture the impacts of change on people, processes, and the organization, and to propose ways to understand the vocabulary, the process, and the tools in an easy way to help them through the transformation.

Your expertise/willing to develop and deliver training methodologies and instructional design will be key in ensuring the adoption of new processes and systems across central and local levels.

To ensure that you are ready for this challenge, a previous experience in supply chain and/or retail merchandising is required (replenishment, stock rotation, phase out, commercial performance...)

This position may require travels in France and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Management & Adoption - Assessing and support.
  • Ensure the update of the impact assessments on new process, responsibilities, or functionalities, during the deployment phase but also for specific changes request.
  • Support Business Process Owners and Business Owner in their domain, ensuring a strong change approach.
  • Support the change management plan, ensuring a successful deployment approach that helps stakeholders to understand and to communicate easily.

Change Management, Adoption & Training

General Documentations :
  • Prepare change materials such change impact analysis, brainstorming, anchor activities of understanding, anchor activities of evaluation.
  • Keeping detailed records of procedures and actions available in the tools. Make sure it is easy to understand and anticipate main user questions.
  • Assist in the design of the change strategy; using process book; users training path and deployment strategy.

Training Materials Design:
  • Participate in training design framing and review workshops to act as the link between business teams, IT teams and change team.
  • Design the conception of training materials (presentations, online tutorials, videos, e-learning storyboard) and provide inputs to ensure training content is relevant, practical, and aligned with end-users' roles and responsibilities.
  • Create or update the training materials for existing tools related to the project and to new tools.

Training Delivery:
  • Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, webinars for trainers, key-users, and end-users.
  • Coordinate logistics for on-site/remote training sessions.
  • Facilitate hands-on exercises and provide ongoing support to trainees.

Change Management, Adoption & Training - Monitor and Optimization:
  • Define and follow Adoption KPI
  • Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
  • Identify areas for improvement and adjust training materials accordingly.
  • Maintain documentation and reports to track progress and measure training impact.
  • Propose follow up KPI and activities to assure the sustain.

Profile Requirements:
  • Fluent in English (C1 level).
  • Familiarity with luxury, supply chain and/or merchandising, and store operations concepts, processes, and systems.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably on international projects in store operations, supply chain or IT implementation.
  • Strong competences to make knowledge transfer (understand the subjects and explain them)
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and training methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in IT systems such as SAP and CEGID.
