We are seeking a Junior Tech Partnerships & Events Manager with some experience in partnership building. This role will support our CEO in maintaining and growing relationships with key stakeholders in the tech field and driving our business development efforts in Paris.
Duration: 6 months, with a potential opportunity of advancement to a CDI poste in March 2025

We are seeking a Junior Tech Partnerships & Events Manager with some experience in partnership building. This role will support our CEO in maintaining and growing relationships with key stakeholders in the tech field and driving our business development efforts in Paris.

Your Mission is in 3 core areas:
Partnership building and supporting Business Development:
- Support the development and implementation of strategic partnership strategies.
- Be the person of contact for upcoming events and creation of new partnerships.
- Aid in identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities.
- Participate in networking events and assist in building a strong community presence.
Event Organization:
- Lead the planning and organization of brand awareness events on-site or offsite to promote our programs and engage with our tech partners.
- Create communication materials for events and ensure their promotion using Emails, Social Media or any other relevant channels. Marketing team will be there to support you providing advises, templates and trainings on tools and good practices.
- Support logistics and coordination for participation in industry events such as Vivatech and Women in Tech.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Maintain communication with partners, government agencies, and educational institutions.
- Be a representative of Le Wagon at key events and meetings with our partners.
Your Profile:
- You are based in Paris, able to access our campuses in the 11th arrondissement easily.
- A demonstrated experience in the tech or educational sectors; an existing network is a plus!
- You enjoy working as part of a team and helping others achieve their goals.
- You have hands-on experience in partnership building and event coordination.
- You are comfortable with public speaking and representing Le Wagon, communicating fluently in both French and English.
- At your core, you are enthusiastic about technology, education and community building.
- You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You are able to work independently and eager to learn and take on new challenges.
