• Job Description Summary
  
  Format and deliver is a middleware application team in TSI which deals with creation and delivery of all travel related business documents, which are delivered via different channels. As a manger you`ll be responsible for applications which are deployed across airlines and travel agencies to facilitate printing of documents like boarding pass , bag tags, A.I.R files etc. As a manager.
  This role involves leading a team of engineers, managing project timelines, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

• Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Lead the JAP(Java Print) team in the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAPE( Satndalone Print Emaluator, 1A-PM( pheripheral manager), PE development with overall business strategy.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budget to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software development (c++/java) and team management.
  • Familiarity with windows environment and hardwares will be a plus.
  • Experience on client-side application development is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
