Job description

Akeneo, is seeking a Security Consultant/Project Manager to join our dynamic Information Security team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing our security posture, working closely with various teams to implement and manage security projects across the organization.

Our products are delivered as Software as a Service, and runs on a modern application stack, using public cloud (GCP), infrastructure as code and state of the art DevSecOps tools.

Join our team and contribute to shaping Akeneo's security landscape while working in an international, innovative environment. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our ISO 27001 certification and driving continuous improvement in our security practices.

What you will do:

• Lead and manage security projects, including ISO 27001 compliance initiatives and internal security audits.
• Monitor and report on the progress of security initiatives to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of security policies and procedures.
• Design and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure security is integrated into their projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on project management.
• Excellent communication in English (a strong French accent is acceptable) and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong sense of ownership and autonomy for managing end-to-end project development cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to convince, take initiative and push projects to completion with a desire to make a meaningful impact.
• Proficiency in English (strong French accent is acceptable).
• Experience with cloud security concepts and technologies (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) and Web environment.

Preferred qualifications (not mandatory):

• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 and other relevant security frameworks.
• Experience with application security and secure software development practices.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and practices.
