Introduction

Within the IT HR expert team which is in charge of payroll and time management, you will be reinforcing the team who deals with the HR payroll module. You will handle business requests and propose IT solutions that fit their expectations and their objectives.

What does the job entail?

• Participate in business analysis workshops (current / target situation assessment, gap analysis, blueprint business and functional solution...)
• Formalize business requirements and functional specifications,
• Propose solutions for validation
• Implement and configure the Payroll HR SAP system,
• Realize pre-acceptance tests and support local experts,
• Solve difficulties or problems raised by the users
• Keep informed about new legal payroll rules and their SAP implementation
• Manage the documentation of the system (functional specification document, training documents, general presentation, operating manual, etc.)
• Manage small projects,

Additional competencies

• Knowledge in SAP PA/OM processes is a plus
• Knowledge in SAP HR processes and DSN processes is a plus
• Previous experience working on projects is a plus
• Master's degree with a background in IT or Engineering

Language

• French (native)
• English (Professional)
• Any other European language is appreciated
