You will join the EUROWEST Technical Pre-Sales team in charge of key customer accounts. More specifically, you will work exclusively on a major strategic account in the French automotive industry and in tandem with the associated sales force. You will drive the strategic engagement program of this 3DS client, from generating and identifying opportunities to successful implementation, using our Value Engagement Framework sales method.

The position is based at Campus Vélizy.

Role Description & Responsibilities
  • Support, with Client Executives and the 3DS ecosystem, the customer strategy to develop revenues by qualifying and generating new business opportunities in the short and medium term.
  • Promote and apply the Value Engagement Framework for Program/Transformation Project opportunities to sell the 3DEXPERIENCE platform through a value proposition. Ensure the delivery of value in relation to service teams for the implementation of the solution.
  • Represent the interests of 3DS, including through participation in Governance committees, and act as an executive trusted advisor to the client and develop strong leadership to influence the client's transformation strategy.
  • Orchestrate and prioritize all technical activities in a consistent manner to drive and ensure the achievement of business objectives and the fulfilment of customer engagement.
  • Promote and support the client's needs within 3DS and contribute to customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and/or contribute to the review of technical operations (technical engagement review, customer success, business value assessment, and validation).
  • Be responsible for coordinating a group of related projects and program activities to achieve client objectives and 3DS commitments.
  • Ensure consistent work between the 3DS ecosystem, consultants, and system integrators (C&SI).

Qualifications
  • Demonstrate leadership and solid experience in customer relations.
  • Previous experience in pre-sales, or project delivery experience.
  • Good level of knowledge of industrial processes.
  • Organizational skills to be able to lead/coordinate a group of people and a group of related projects and program activities.
  • Knowledge of the DS ecosystem and our portfolio of 3DS solutions is a plus.
