Your future role within QRT:

• Designing, implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing.
• Managing and optimizing AWS cloud infrastructure, with a focus on EKS for container orchestration.
• Building and maintaining data pipelines to support real-time and batch processing needs.
• Ensuring system reliability, monitoring and performance optimization.
• Implementing security best practices across infrastructure and deployments.
• Collaborating with development teams to improve automation and system integration.
• Working closely with teams across QRT's global offices, including in Europe, London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai and other locations, to ensure seamless collaboration on infrastructure and deployment initiatives.

Your present skillset:

• Solid DevOps and automation experience in cloud-native, containerized environments
• Deep knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EKS, etc.)
• Strong and proven experience with Kubernetes for deploying, managing, and scaling workloads
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or FluxCD
• Experience building ETL/data pipelines using Airflow, Kafka, or AWS Step Functions
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python)
• Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch)
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and comfort in fast-paced environments
• Excellent collaboration skills with developers, quants, and IT
• Fluency in English (French is a plus)
• A passion for automation, scalability, and continuous improvement
