Job Description:

We're hiring an IT Business Operations Expert to support digital systems in our labs and quality operations within our manufacturing settings. You'll ensure critical applications like LIMS and eQMS are fully supported, compliant, and optimized. Acting as the main interface between IT, partners, and quality stakeholders, you'll help drive operational excellence. This role is key to ensuring data integrity and efficiency in regulated environments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure operational excellence and support for digital systems used in laboratories and quality operations, such as LIMS (LabVantage), Waters Empower, and ETQ (eQMS).
  • Lead application support and maintenance activities within an outsourced delivery model, ensuring high service availability and compliance.
  • Act as a key link between IT, external partners, and lab/quality business users, aligning service delivery with operational needs and compliance standards.
  • Oversee vendor performance (e.g., TCS), service contracts, SLAs/KPIs, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Support application transitions from project delivery to steady-state operations, ensuring business continuity and smooth change management.
  • Drive process optimization and digital innovation initiatives in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.

Experience / Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with strong exposure to lab and quality systems in a manufacturing context.
  • Proven expertise in supporting LIMS (LabVantage), Waters Empower, and electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS/ETQ).
  • Experience with outsourced service delivery, vendor governance, and regulatory compliance (GxP, data integrity, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of IT/OT integration and quality processes in regulated environments.
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, science, or engineering (Master's preferred); LIMS and Empower certifications are a plus.
