Entrust is currently looking for a Director, Cloud Services to join our team. This position is based in our Paris, France office and will report to the VP, SaaS Infrastructure Operations. The Director will serve as a key member of the SaaS leadership team and help to build out and scale our SaaS Operations for the Digital Card Service (DCS) business unit. DCS is a rapidly growing business segment driven by our cloud hosted solutions. The Director will provide hands-on leadership of the Cloud Service Delivery team and will be responsible for delivery of the Entrust's hosted and managed product portfolio. This Director will focus on improving our existing processes and technology, enhancing our compliance and security posture, while ensuring improved customer satisfaction and optimizing costs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and mange a team 4 within the DCS Cloud Operations group, responsible for managing the DCS service and underlying infrastructure.
• Be accountable for ensuring compliance with applicable security standards, external (e.g. PCI-DSS) and internal (Entrust standards)
• Ensure DCS SLAs are met or exceeded, ensure timely resolution of any issues, support for customer onboarding
• Create and manage a technical and operational roadmap, delivery cadence, SLAs and compliance and audit obligations.
• Oversee day to day technical operation of the DCS service across all production regions
• Manage the DCS Cloud Operations team. (a combination of DevOps, SRE and Operations functions). Continuously evaluate all staff positions, responsibilities and individuals for appropriate performance, skills, potential for improvement and growth. Develop detailed plan for staffing changes, training, enrichment and personal development.
• Partner with the DCS R&D and business leadership team as well as other stakeholders to ensure the service operations roadmap is aligned with business roadmap.
• Partner with COO leadership and management team to influence Entrust Datacard technology strategy and roadmap.
• Hire, inspire, grow and retain top operations technical talent that believes in transparency and accountability.
• Develop service delivery process and procedures that will provide appropriate time-to-market, service availability, and service performance and scale the service to meet customer growth.
• Understand SaaS business drivers, manage implementation risks, and forecast and manage operational budget.
• Research, evaluation and analysis of technologies and tools taking into consideration security, performance, cost/benefit, scalability, risk etc. Make appropriate suggestions and decisions related to purchase and implementation of these technologies.
• Responsible for building and implementing system security, data-protection and disaster recovery procedures and plans.
• Be available to lead and support maintenance and incidents outside regular business hours as needed.

Basic Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related discipline
• 7+ years experience managing service delivery engineers
• 5+ years delivery of SaaS to a global customer-base
• 5+ years experience working in IT Security (preference for PCI)
• 10 years experience in enterprise-scale, infrastructure delivery
• Experience working closely with customers and multiple internal stakeholder groups
• Experience architecting and running highly available and scalable cloud based services
• Knowledge of or experience designing complex multi cloud networking architectures
• Knowledge of ITSM
• Excellent reporting and documentation skills

Where you will be: This hybrid role requires reporting to our Paris office (Spaces Les Halles co-working centre) three days a week, as stated in the job description. At Entrust, we have a distributed workforce.
