What product will you be working on?

We are looking for a DevOps to strengthen the teams working on Silae's dematerialization products (eDocPerso, DeskRH, eDocSign, etc.). These products are designed to make life easier for accountants, their clients, and their employees by distributing payslips via a secure and GDPR-compliant digital solution.

For example, we currently have almost 3,000,000 eDocPerso safes used by employees in France.

The dematerialization team in Nantes consists of 3 DevOps (but you will also increasingly work with the Ops team of other Silae products), 6 back-end Scala developers, 2 front-end developers, 1 engineering manager, and 1 PM. Attached to the Ops team working on dematerialization, you will work in a strong context of migration from OBS to Azure.

About the role:

• Working as a part of small team of experienced DevOps engineers
• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure platforms
• Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with software development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications
• Manage cloud infrastructure on Azure Cloud and VMWare
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and continuous delivery of software updates
• Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems to maintain high availability and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and applications issues

Requirements

What's you need to have:

• 3 years of experience with one of the public clouds (Azure/GCP/AWS) or virtualisation platforms (VMware or similar)
• Proficiency with Linux, Networking and security best practises
• Experience with containers and Kubernetes
• Experience with at least one of the IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible or similar).
• Experience with Git and CI/CD (Jenkins, Gitlab CI/CD, Azure Devops Services or similar)
• Advanced English proficiency

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• RHCA/RHCE/CCNA or similar certification
• Azure/GCP/AWS Cloud certification
