Job Description

Requirements:

• Technical background in IT installation and maintenance.

• Proven experience in handling customer service and after-sales service.

• Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues. (Jira or similar)

• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams (e.g., schedulers, manufacturers).

• Good organizational skills for managing inventory and stock.

• Experience with remote maintenance tools and techniques.

• Flexibility to participate in various company projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with MDM - mobile device management.

• Proficiency in technical preparation for customer deliveries.

• Experience in managing equipment shipments.

• Strong communication skills to report customer issues to the scheduler.

• Ability to handle sending, receiving, and organizing customer equipment returns.

• Experience in listing and reconditioning returned items to maintain structured stock management.

• Capability to support new equipment preparation services.

• Experience in managing customer after-sales service in coordination with equipment manufacturers and customers.

• Strong organizational skills to schedule customer appointments for sending and receiving packages.

• Proficiency in installation and remote configuration of IT hardware and software.

• Experience in providing remote troubleshooting for installed hardware and software (servers, workstations, peripherals, OS, etc.).

• Ability to participate in company projects (deployment or other).

• Experience in managing inventory (PCs, tablets, phones) and reporting.
