Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX professional to join our design team.

Responsibilities
  • User Research: Lead user research initiatives including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather deep insights into user behaviors and needs.
  • Field Visits and Shadowing: Conduct field visits and shadow inspectors to gain a thorough understanding of real-world user interactions and pain points.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive UX design strategy that aligns with business goals and user needs.
  • Prototyping and Wireframing: Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and user-centric design approach.
  • Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design solutions and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across digital platforms.
  • Documentation: Document design processes, user flows, and research findings clearly and comprehensively.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience in UX design, specifically for digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in user research methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and feedback.
  • Expertise in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries.
  • Ability to lead and manage design projects from concept to completion.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in an Agile or Scrum development environment.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
