Exciting Opportunity: The Consumer Experience (CX) Design Lead will shape world-class user experiences and global product design for Sanofi. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to drive Sanofi's CX vision, creating consumer-focused design solutions at scale. Collaborate with research, product, and engineering teams to foster a user-centric design culture. This role requires responsiveness, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, leading projects amid ambiguity. Main responsibilities:

- Ensure design consistency and timely delivery of creative solutions for products, business, and customers.
- Define and apply user-centric design metrics to ensure positive user experiences.
- Develop and maintain ongoing customer relationships and UX opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to define, document, and maintain the user experience strategy for Sanofi products and digital solutions.
- Lead operational excellence and holistic creative thinking across diverse product releases and platforms.
About you
- Dynamic design portfolio showcasing your design process and shipped products.
- Experience with iterative design sprints and lean, Agile development processes.
- Mastery of Figma for design, prototyping, and delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen, articulate positions, and advocate for designs effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex problems and develop holistic solutions for products and their UX ecosystems.
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading a team of designers.
