Are you looking for a new challenge in design? We're looking for our next Senior UX/UI Designer at the Concentrix Catalyst agency in Paris. If you're passionate about experience design and have a soft spot for perfect pixels, we'd love to hear from you!

So, who are we?

Catalyst is Concentrix's digital agency, based right in the heart of Paris. We help our clients with their digital transformation by making sure the user is at the heart of everything we do. At Catalyst, we create digital experiences that connect brands to people. We work with clients like Paris Aéroport, BNP, Champagne Bollinger, Crédit Agricole, AXA, and Air Tahiti Nui.

We're looking for a senior UX/UI designer with 5 to 10 years of experience.

• Experience design: You know how to create digital experiences that change but are still super intuitive.
• Web and mobile interface design: Whether it's on an XL or small screen, your design is flexible and responsive.
• Creating user flows: You know how to build paths that take users exactly where they want to go and where our clients want to take them. No hiccups along the way!

You can analyse and challenge existing pathways to upgrade them and make them the best they can be.

• Interaction design and motion: You know all there is to know about animation and interaction. You can make them punchy and engaging.
• Craft Skills: You're a design craftsman
• Information architecture / accessibility / eco-design: You think of everything to make interfaces intuitive, accessible to everyone and environmentally friendly.

What makes you the ideal candidate?

• You have a marketing sensibility: you understand how to showcase our customers' products and services to make their offers shine.
• You know how to pitch and defend your convictions: you're comfortable explaining and selling your ideas, and you're also good at listening and understanding customer needs.
• You are perfectly at ease in English: you can pitch in English, express your convictions and communicate with our international customers and our EMEA teams without difficulty
